"I am so happy i found this optical place because Astrid has been wonderful since I walked into the store. She has been patient in helping me pick different frames and the whole customer service process was amazing.

(...) I have regular prescription glasses and sunglasses i have ordered and they are much better qualities than the ones i got in the United States. Don't hesitate to go here you won't be disappointed!"

"I messaged this optical on WhatsApp & their response was very prompt, they were kind enough to give me an appointment for an eye exam the following day and give me my new glasses two days after that. (...) The eye exam was thorough and I am extremely satisfied by the service and product. I will definitely be returning to Cartagena in two years to get my new pair of glasses at Ciber Optica. I recommend this business 100%."

"This office was great! The doctor very professional and knowledgeable. He spent the time i never got from my Dr here in America. He took the time verify several times that prescription was accurate!

(...) Once we got the glasses we were very impressed with the quality of lenses so clear I can actually see what I haven't been able to see as clear before. Will go back every year there from now on. Never again will I go to optometrist in USA!"
